How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping is always $5. If you order one shirt, it is $5. If you order 24 shirts, it is still just $5. International shipping is $9 for one shirt and $0.50 for each additional shirt thereafter.
How long does it take to get my order?
We use USPS for all of our products. Once we process the order (96.8% of the time within 24 hours), domestic orders will take 3-4 days. If you are international, it will take 48 hours to process and 1-2.5 weeks to ship (depending on your location). Pre-order periods typically last for 2 weeks at which point we will ship your merchandise. Obviously, we can only control the time it takes to get out of our doors, so we can't guarantee the USPS fulfills their promise. After I add something to the cart, how do I checkout?
If you look at the top of the store, there is a cart icon. Click on the icon and you will see the checkout button.
What is the return policy?
We guarantee your happiness (unless you don't want to be happy). We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Shirt doesn't fit? Send it back. Changed your mind? Send it back. Just let us know within 30 days of your purchase. We want you happy, and if you're unsatisfied, we'll do everything we can.
How does the shirt feel?
Our tagless shirts are made from ringspun super-soft cotton. (They feel amazing.)
Any special washing instructions?
As with any printed shirt, washing them inside-out in cold water works best.
How many different ways can I pay the New Math Store?
Tons. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. You do not need a paypal account in order to buy an item, but if you already have one, you are free to use it.
Will my credit card be safe? I don't want my identity stolen....
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
